1. If you happen to withdraw the case before the application to the University, service charges will not be refunded in any circumstances.

2. University Application fee is non-refundable. If online payment requires, student has to provide or arrange credit card for transaction.

3. If there is any delay in the documentation or any other requirement which will be pending at your end or irrelevant course chosen by you, then MEETUP GLOBAL will not be responsible for missing deadlines or university decision. In this case service charges will not be refunded.

4. If the particular program is not available in the chosen university or course closed by university / or application rejected by university, you have to be more flexible with provided options suggested by Admission Department / counsellor or else service charges will be Non-Refundable.

5. For package, If you happen to withdraw the case before the application to the University, in this case service charges will not be refunded. After receiving the offer letter from any university, the service charge becomes non-refundable. If you withdraw the application after receiving offer letter there will not be any refund of service charges.

6. If you get visa rejection because of embassy interview failure/forged documents/any unexpected reasons, service charges won’t be refunded.

7. We do not guarantee any admission on free education applications, as the entry completely depends on different facts e.g.: meeting deadlines, availability of the seat etc. Therefore, we will highly recommend/apply at least 1 paid education option as back up. IE service fee is by default non-refundable under any circumstances in free education applications.

8. You must be able to communicate in English otherwise there is a fair chance of university interview / embassy visa rejection and service charges won’t be refundable.

9. Paid Service charges is valid up to 1 year only to avail the services; after 1 year student will not be entitled to claim the paid amount.

10. The above charges include only MEETUP GLOBAL Service Fee, any other cost arising in the process such as Courier Charges, Embassy Fee, Visa Charges, Apostle etc. would be borned by the client at actuals.

11. “If visa appointment dates are not available, MEETUP GLOBAL will suggest you another possible option in terms of intake, course, country or university, then if student doesn’t opt any option and withdraws his application, he/she would not be eligible for any refund.”
